Who we are

PrevailKit ("we") provides free certified payroll tools and a pre-launch early access list at prevailkit.com.

What we collect

Early access form: your work email and your answers (project count, hours spent, payroll software, states). The form is processed by Tally (tally.so) on our behalf.
Free tools: the calculators and checkers on this site run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to our servers.
Advertising: we run Google Ads; Google may set cookies subject to Google's own policies.

How we use it

To email you about the product launch and, if you opted in, rate and rule updates. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion of your data at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@prevailkit.com.

Data retention

Early access data is kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
